Abstract

La réalisation de prothèse totale de hanche (PTH) reste rare dans un pays à faible ressource financière. Avoir le cas de fracture péri-prothétique dans un milieu précaire est exceptionnel et la prise en charge d’une telle fracture dans un centre peu équipé reste un défi. Ce cas rapporte la prise en charge de fracture péri-prothétique sur PTH droite, vue au Centre Hospitalier de Référence Régional (CHRR), Antsohihy, Madagascar.
